This position is responsible for developing Architectural Plans in line with client needs, building usage, code compliance, and environmental impact, while also assisting the Lead Architectural Designer.
The Architectural Designer/Drafter contributes to the overall organization by participating/consulting with colleagues in all phases of the Design (Schematic, Design Development, and Construction Docs) and Build, providing productive feedback for internal and external processes, and strengthening a positive work culture by respecting all Colleagues, Clients, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
Review/determine client goals and requirements of the project Review/determine use and flow of spaces Assist in the creation/review drawing packets Keep within budgets and timelines.
Ensure that all works are designed to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations Make on site visits to measure, verify existing conditions, and advise build team.
Coordinate outside disciplines of Civil / Geo-Tech, Structural, and Landscape Draw exterior
Interior Drawings using Revit Assist in the drafting of architectural plans in Revit Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Prepare drawing packet for internal and external use We're accepting applicants from USA only.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
