Show Job Loss Control Consultants at NAICO provide Loss Control Services to assist insureds in the reduction or elimination of work related injuries and other various accidents in order to control and prevent losses of both the insured and NAICO.
Position to be filled in the following area:
Midland, Odessa, Hobbs, NM and/or Vernal, UT ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Evaluated the insureds policies, procedures, and practices to identify loss exposures and recommend changes as needed to eliminate exposures.
Obtains, reviews and analyzes loss runs on insureds prior to on-site visitations in order to identify causes and conditions responsible for losses Makes reservations and all necessary travel arrangements for visitations.
Formulates reports from visitations of insureds for underwriting to evaluate insured for coverages.
Reviews periodicals, magazines, trade journals and other references in order to acquire current knowledge of changes and developments within industries of insureds.
Compiles information to assist in services or to present to insureds.
Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree (B.
S.
) from four-year college or university and minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Insurance and Safety experience preferred.
SKILLS:
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe).
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
