SCHEDULE
Full-Time: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm; Rotating Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm
POSITION PURPOSE
To cross-sell multiple financial products and services to new and existing members while providing courteous, professional and knowledgeable service. Have a consistent focus to increase member satisfaction and account retention by giving quality service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
Provide quality service (AAA) to members and potential members
Follow-up (222) member interactions with thank you notes and phone calls
Maintain current supply of sales and promotional materials
Complete annual product knowledge, Membership and Loan Training
To accurately and efficiently process deposits, payments, withdrawals, cashed checks, etc. and perform miscellaneous operation duties in accordance with established policies and procedures
Balance cash drawer as required
Prepare and disburse loans within lending limits and credit union guidelines
Represent the credit union in a professional manner, both in dress and in actions
Comply with all regulations as required by law, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, FACT Act, GLBA, Regulation CC (funds availability), Regulation DD (TIS) and other regulations as required by law as it relates to his/her position
Perform other duties as assigned

Experience
At least one year of branch or related experience
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, Trainings
MSR Training
Annual FSR Certification

FSR Sales Certification
New Account Training
IRA Training
Consumer Loan Training
Real Estate Training
Notary Public as required
Must be able to qualify annually as a Mortgage Loan Originator under S.A.F.E Act Registration
Computer/Office Equipment Skills
Basic computer operating skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Symitar experience
Type a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred
Managerial Responsibility
Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities

Other Skills and Abilities
Thorough knowledge of credit union policies, procedures and regulations. Ability to prepare loan documents and cross-sell financial services of the credit union to ensure quality service. Ability to perform mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
