Summary:
This individual is primarily responsible for ensuring store merchandising standards is achieved of all products.
Responsibilities also include proper maintenance of off sales floor support areas that contribute to successful achievement of sales floor merchandising and service standards.

Demonstrate ability to coach and lead a team committed to operational excellence to drive profitable year over year sales and margin Have a clear understanding of merchandising and retail operations Possess ability to monitor associate productivity and efficiency achievement, as well as ability to perform required tasks Ability to assist associate development, and adapt to changing business and service needs Ability to identify and correct discrepancies in consistency of program execution Able to identify how to properly align associate resources, and complete required tasks when resources are not available Able to monitor and anticipate store needs for supplies required to operate daily functions Able to identify customers' needs, and balance with operational requirements to provide customer experience standards Possess strong space optimization and organizational skills for product and fixture storage Champion of Staples values:

Experience:
Associate or Bachelor's degree course work Three to five years of key holder experience within a retail environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
